DAB is a digital radio broadcasting system that through the application of multiplexing and compression combines multiple audio streams onto a relatively narrow band centred on a single broadcast frequency called a DAB ensemble.
So, with our DAB antenna you can receive more radio stations and with a better quality also during navigation.
Glomex wants to make life easier for boat owners by offering a new universal, rugged, high performance and adaptable to every need DAB antenna RA300DAB.The new black antenna, made with the best raw materials, is composed of a fibreglass tube, resistant to stress and treated with anti-yellowing material, which protects the internal brass elements.
Long 1.2 m (4’), the antenna is both for masthead installation in order to have the best receiving performance, and for the installation on motor boats thanks to various optional supports.
On the bottom, the antenna has a 5/8”x24 threaded ferrule that can be matched with optional brackets and mounts.
Moreover, the antenna can be provided with the new Glomex high quality and low loss coaxial cable RG8X offered in various lengths and already pre-installed at one side with a special professional and miniaturized FME connector to install it on the antenna and, on the other side, with a Motorola plug to easily assemble your DAB system.
If, however, it is necessary to have a longer antenna, you can use the new 1,2m (4’) rugged extension RA301, made with the same construction materials of the DAB antenna to get outstanding aesthetics.
This extension is easily mountable on the bottom of the antenna and is equipped with an internal, integrated 1”x14 ferrule to easily install it on any Glomex mounts.
All these features allow boat owners to have a great freedom in the implementation of the DAB system and to have an extremely easy and fast installation, thanks to various optional supports.

- LIFETIME WARRANTY - Glomex warrants its products and related mounts to be free of production defects for as long the products remain the property of the original purchaser. Glomex commits itself to repair and to replace the products that, after inspection, show conformity defects, relating to materials and to working and production processes. No material will be repaired or replaced without written authorization from Glomex or its assigned representatives. Glomex is in no event liable for consequential damages, installation costs or costs of any nature incurred as a result of the use of the products manufactured by Glomex, whether used in accordance with instruction and maintenance or not. Glomex is not liable for repair or replacement of any products damaged by lighting or any other natural phenomenon or incorrect installation including reverse polarity connections. Proof of purchase is required and all shipping costs of the material returned are at claimer’s charge.
- METHOD OF PAYMENT Glomex will ship the item only after receiving the full payment. Glomex is not required to make the delivery of the ordered items if the total amount is not paid in full. Unless otherwise stipulations Glomex do not give discount.
